- If the national average cost of Invisalign is $5,500, how can you offer it for $3,333?
- We are working on a manufacturer funded research study that has grant funds available to help subsidize the cost of your treatment. In return, you become part of a statistical compilation that determines how effective Invisalign aligners are at correct various types of malocclusions (bad bites) as compared with patients in a control group that are wearing braces.
- If we are in a study, does that mean students will be giving treatment?
- Absolutely not. You will be treated by, Dr. Florman, a licensed orthodontist specialist with over 18 years of clinical dental and orthodontic experience, or his partner, Dr. Dunia Gailani, who has 8 years of clinical experience in the dental field. Both doctors are aided by licensed registered dental assistants (RDAs).
- If you're working with a University, does that mean the treatment is experimental?
- Again, absolutely not. Invisalign is a proven orthodontic treatment process. A patient that becomes apart of this study is treated no differently than a patient that is not involved with the study. You merely allow us to use your case to analyze data and compile statistical analysis of movements made by the aligners.
- How do I qualify for the study?
- You must be evaluated by our orthodontist in order to determine this answer. All patients that can be treated using Invisalign will qualify. The only patients that will not qualify are ones that are too complex to be successfully treated with removable plastic aligners. Please call (866) 936-7694 to schedule a complimentary consultation.
- Is the fee really $3,333 or is it just a gimmick?
- The fee of $3,333 is real if you qualify for Invisalign treatment. Most patients will be accepted and can begin their treatment that day!
- Are payment plans available?

- Do you take insurance?
- Our practice is in-network with most insurance plans. At your consultation visit we will confirm your orthodontic benefits and assist you in filing a claim for reimbursement.
- Is the study available in other areas outside of Los Angeles?
- Dr. Florman only practices in Santa Monnica, West Los Angeles, Orange County and the San Fernando Valley of CA. We do have a few patients that live outside the city (San Diego, Hawaii, New York, and even London!) due to the inherit convenience of Invisalign treatment. If your case does not require extensive supervision and you are able to visit us to evaluate your situation, we might be able to help. Please call us to discuss your needs.
